Now in our SIXTH year, a holiday tradition. Christmas just got more delicious with chef Paul’s beef Wellington. Enjoy a meal that you finish at home, simply by heating and serving. Chef Paul personally assembles the beef Wellington made with filet mignon, and provides you with easy baking instructions for a perfect medium rare steak. Potatoes and vegetables will be seasoned and cooked and simply need to be reheated. Wellington should be cooked within 2 days of pick up
Dinner includes:
RÊVE salad
Beef Wellington (assembled and not baked) with green peppercorn sauce
mashed potatoes
winter vegetables
par-baked French baguette
*sorry no substitutions or special requests. Individual vegetarian wellington also available for purchase (see shop page)
Dinner for 2-3 includes 1 pint of mashed potatoes & 1 pint of vegetables
Dinner for 4-5 includes 1 quart of mashed potatoes & 1 quart of vegetables
PICK UP IS ONLY DECEMBER 24 from 10:30 am - 1 pm
