It’s time for Chef Paul’s amazing cassoulet! Made in the traditional Castelnaudary style with duck confit, pork rib, shoulder and Toulouse style sausage, and of course cassoulet (Tarbis) beans from Rancho Gordo in Napa. Our cassoulet is gluten free.
This is an individual serving. Enjoy with a RÊVE salad (sold separately) and a delicious bottle of wine. Two favorites, Our Cahors (Malbec) Clos La Coutale or a Southern Rhône. Most of our list wine is available for purchase at RÊVE, 25% off list price.
*The cassoulet will be available for pick up between 2-7:30 pm on the date you choose. You can wait to reheat it for 3-4 days. It will be refrigerated, and need to be reheated for about 45 minutes in the oven. It can be frozen for later. Comes in an aluminum tin. Bowl not included.
