Join RÊVE bistro on Sunday September 7th for an afternoon of tradition, food, fun and yes CHAMPAGNE as we become an official Caveau of the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or.

Start the afternoon with a welcome glass of Louis Roederer Collection Champagne, followed by the ceremony announcing RÊVE owner, Laura Magu as a Maître Sabreur (Master Saberer) and recognizing RÊVE as the newest Caveaux in California.

Then, those who wish can learn the art of saberage & saber your own bottle of Champagne** and become officially inducted into the order as a Sabreur or Chevallier++. Get a diploma, collar, and exclusive opportunities to events!

Sabreur = Swordsman, first step as an official member of the Confrérie du Sabre d'Or ($125)

Chevallier = Knight, second step as an official member of the Confrérie du Sabre d'Or ($425)

After the formal ceremony we will celebrate with a reception featuring delicious hors d'ourves prepared by Chef Paul & another glass of Louis Roederer Champagne!

If you wish to saber at the event you must pre-purchase a bottle of Champagne to saber before August 14th. When you purchase a bottle on this page, the price includes ONE ticket to the event. Additional guests will need to purchase a reception only ticket ($65)

You will be sent a link to register with the order as a Sabreur or Chevalier. Anyone registering after the 14th will be able to saber but will not get their diploma at the event. This is a tax-deductible payment directly to the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or The bottle of Champagne you saber will be yours to enjoy with your friends!
